At Under the Weather Pet, we want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed pet apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or odor.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
